A key milestone that strengthens our transparency, credibility, and mission impact
Bridges of Hope Academy is now officially registered as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Utah, USA. This legal recognition marks a major milestone in our commitment to providing high-quality digital education for youth across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Francophone Africa, and the Congolese diaspora.
The registration was approved on June 11, 2025, following the submission of our Articles of Incorporation to the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code. We have also obtained an Employer Identification Number (EIN)from the IRS, allowing us to operate legally across the United States.
“This official recognition gives our Academy a strong legal foundation and opens the door to institutional partnerships, grant opportunities, and increased transparency with donors and stakeholders,” explains Patrick Ntabudi, Founder and President.
